Anne Heche was an American actress, who made her entrance into the industry with her appearance in the soap opera 'Another World. She was accused by the father she had dated of assaulting her prior to his death from AIDS. The bond between her and her sister, who was the only remaining member from her clan, deteriorated when they began to defend her father. Her appearances in a variety of TV shows and films including 'Fatal Delight The Brave and the Brave', 'Wild Side', 'Walking and Talking', and the film I Know What You DID Last Summer. Her romance and relationship with Ellen DeGeneres caused controversy throughout her career. She then married Coley Laffoon but was divorced later. After that, she was a lover of James Tupper, with whom she had an infant son. In a memoir titled "Call My Crazy" she relates the details of her troubled past including her relationship with a lesbian and abusive father. After her break-up with DeGeneres as well as her subsequent medical treatments her family was confronted with mental and psychological difficulties. Anne Heche died on August 6, 2022, at a Los Angeles hospital, six days following a fatal automobile accident. Her age was 53.
